Employment Law

Thomason Hendrix represents clients in federal and state courts as well as before administrative tribunals in all aspects of employment law. We regularly defend clients against suits brought by plaintiffs alleging discrimination, violations of Family and Medical Leave Act, and retaliation, as well as representing clients involved in disputes regarding non-competition agreements, contract issues and employee compensation.

Our lawyers have a wide range of experience with general employment law in advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, as well as drafting employee handbooks, policies and procedures and providing job description analysis. Additionally, we assist with wage and hour issues, representation in OSHA matters, and all aspects of employment discrimination. Our lawyers also provide training for management employees, as well as educational seminars for our clients' workforce.
